CBODY — Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 2025

CBODY is a neutral technology platform that helps Customers discover and book verified independent providers (“Providers”) for lawful on-site services, including wellness & relaxation, local lifestyle experiences, light guiding/companionship for city visits, private coaching/tutoring (e.g., language/fitness/yoga), and light home assistance. CBODY itself does not provide in-person services, does not employ Providers, and does not guarantee service outcomes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing, messaging, or booking via CBODY, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. Platform Role

CBODY acts solely as an intermediary for discovery, booking coordination, and in-app messaging. All service performance, behavior on site, pricing, and results are solely between Customer and the independent Provider. CBODY is not a party to the in-person service and assumes no legal responsibility for disputes arising from the service interaction.

3. Lawful and Appropriate Use

4. Booking and Payment Method (Cash on Arrival)

5. Cancellations, No-Show, and Travel Fee Etiquette

6. Trust & Integrity System

CBODY operates a Trust Score to protect platform order and service quality. Responsible behavior (on-time, respectful communication, completing agreed services) improves trust; misconduct (no-shows, harassment, repeated policy violations, off-platform circumvention intended to undermine rules) lowers trust. CBODY reserves the right to interpret violations and to adjust Trust Scores or apply limits (including booking restrictions or account suspension) at its reasonable discretion.

7. Messaging and Notifications

CBODY provides in-app messaging and push notifications for order updates, messages, and service status. To ensure smooth coordination, please allow notifications and respond promptly.

8. Account Registration and Security

9. Provider Verification and Responsibility

Providers complete identity verification and profile review before appearing on the platform. Providers are independent contractors who are solely responsible for their qualifications, statements to Customers, on-site conduct, and the services they perform.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

11. Legal Compliance and Territory

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of the service location. CBODY currently focuses on Thailand and may expand to other countries; local rules will apply in each region.

12. Termination

CBODY may restrict features or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or undermine platform integrity. You may stop using the app at any time; prior behavior may continue to affect your Trust Score or eligibility.

13. Changes to Terms

CBODY may update these Terms to reflect service adjustments or legal requirements. Updates take effect upon in-app publication.
